Kiz Toys teams up with General Freight Services, Inc.

Kiz Toys, Inc. today announced that General Freight Services, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, GFS Global Logistics, will handle the toy company’s international and domestic logistics.

Kiz Toys, founded in 2007 by Chris Moreau and Ashley Johnson, is weeks away from launching its innovative and revolutionary children’s toy line. The concept integrates traditional toys with video games, global social networking and patent-pending KizSafe technology, resulting in a safe and educational virtual experience for children. Kiz Toys will be sold through big box retailers, specialty toy and game stores and online shopping sites.

“We needed a supply chain partner who understands end to end distribution and can execute seamlessly through all our distribution channels,” said Ashley Johnson, President and COO of Kiz Toys. According to Johnson, “GFS Global understands these requirements and has the worldwide infrastructure in place to support not only our initial launch but also assist us in optimizing our supply chain as we continue to expand our product lines.”

“We’re very excited about this partnership,” said Greg Sebolt, President of General Freight Services. “Working with entrepreneurs like Chris and Ashley and the entire Kiz Toys team has been a rewarding experience, and we’re honored to be chosen as the exclusive solutions provider. Our global network is a great fit for the manufacturing and distribution strategies Kiz Toys is implementing, and we’re ready for the product launch,” according to Sebolt.
