You42 has named Alice Thacker to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Alice joined the company in 2014 as VP of Operations. She will now play an even larger role in managing and improving operations throughout the company. As part of senior management, she will help design and implement business plans and procedures to ensure efficiency and growth. She will also work to communicate the company vision while defining and promoting You42’s corporate culture.

“Ever since she joined the team, Alice has been critical to the evolution of the company,” said You42 President Ashley Johnson. “As a senior officer, she can now expand her role to assist with business development and future growth. Her leadership has been, and will continue to be, a key part of our success.”

Alice came to You42 from the non-profit sector. She spent over 10 years managing fundraising campaigns and large-scale events for organizations such as the Nashville Ballet and the Atlanta Ballet. Her other responsibilities included cultivating donor relationships, community outreach, and developing corporate and marketing partnerships.
