You42 has sold its UK-based game studio, Lab42, to Sumo Group, one of the UK’s largest independent game studios. Established in 2015, Lab42 has worked on titles for console, PC and mobile, including Yakuza 0 and Sonic Mania. To learn more, check out the press release on Gamasutra.
